Growth Strategy for Swiss Building Supplier
We was contracted to reformulate the strategy of a leading Swiss building supplier in the building shell sector. Organic and inorganic growth goals and the proprietors’ financial goals provided the framework conditions in a challenging market environment. Strategies for four business areas and the corporate strategy needed to be developed.

Result / Success
The growth strategy for achieving organic and inorganic growth into the year 2020 was drafted. The reorganisation was staffed with appropriate management roles, and initiatives were defined with corresponding implementation plans.
