We were honored for our project with a medium-sized plant manufacturer that produces, among other things, sound insulation systems for energy plants and power stations. The company was in a strategic and liquidity crisis. Frequent management changes led to changing contact persons and ever-new strategic ideas, which made consistent alignment increasingly difficult. In addition, the potential success of these strategies was virtually impossible to assess.
We have been supporting the company in its comprehensive transformation since 2018. To this end, we prepared restructuring reports and developed operational measures. At the same time, we supported them in the sale to a new shareholder and in refinancing in 2023. The identification of new business areas was crucial: based on existing expertise in sound insulation, our team developed a business case for clean rooms, special germ-free production environments. Today, the company is back on a solid financial footing.
