The Transaction: BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft (“BWK”) has acquired a majority stake in Consilio GmbH (“Consilio”). Consilio, headquartered in Aschheim near Munich, is an independent, internationally active SAP consulting firm and an SAP Gold Partner.
