To enable this, Helbling has developed a framework for interactive AI assistants that can be seamlessly applied across industries, devices, and customer systems. The framework is designed with such flexibility that the avatar can be deployed with minimal effort on a wide range of devices including tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, or smart TVs. It can also be adapted to industry-specific processes, whether in tourism, retail environments, healthcare, or publicly accessible areas in industry and public administration as a mobile and dynamic information terminal. Thanks to seamless integration into existing customer systems, the solution helps make operations more efficient, enhance service quality, and strategically relieve staff.
